Terms of Service

Last updated · 11 June 2026

Beta — free during this period

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ThinkMint at app.thinkmint.se, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The beta

ThinkMint is currently in beta. That means:

  • The service is provided free of charge during the beta period.
  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
  • We strive to preserve your data, but we recommend keeping your own backups of anything critical.
  • Support is best-effort — email us at study@thinkmint.se and we'll reply when we can.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use ThinkMint. Don't share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

  • Upload illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use ThinkMint to generate hate speech, harassment, or harmful content.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

5. Your content

You own everything you create or upload to ThinkMint. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (e.g. running AI analysis on your notes).

6. AI output

ThinkMint uses AI to analyse and generate study material. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Always double-check important facts. We make no warranty about accuracy.

7. After the beta — paid plans

Once the beta ends, we will introduce paid subscription plans for advanced features. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before any change. Your existing data will remain accessible.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ThinkMint is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero during the beta).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be resolved in Swedish courts.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will email you or display a notice in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
